Mr. Norn Dary

Mr. Norn Dary has been teaching at Quach Mengly Toulbeng Primary School since he completed his teacher training from the Provincial Teacher Training College in 2016. He went on to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2019. He was awarded the Samdech Hun Sen Award for the 1st range of outstanding teacher in Cambodia 2018- 2019 and received a Gold medal 2019-2020 from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport for his contribution in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.
His outstanding teaching methods have improved his students’ achievements. He applies several methods to teach his students based on their individual learning needs including using ICT in education. In his teaching and learning process, he has adopted the child-centred approach, conducting regular research for new teaching methods and materials, and paying attention to his students’ skills and problems in order to take appropriate and timely remedial actions.
