Outstanding Achievements: Mrs.Vongsamphanh Khamsoy is a trainer of French language in four provinces: Vientiane Capital, Luang Prabang, Savanhnakhet and Champasak. Her special teaching method focuses on low educational achievement students to perform better. She also encourages parents to participate in the development of educational achievement and school quality. She has led students to participate in prestigious French Linguistics Olympiad in Singapore. In addition, she received the Forty Nine Certificates of Recognition from Department of Education, Governor of the Vientiane Municipality and from the Ministry of Education and Sports.
